XP Kits Update (Allow past 110)

As it has now been over 3 years since Level 115 came out, i think it would be nice to allow xp kits to beyond level 110, maybe to 115 or just 114 so people cant instantly power level up.

I just dont see the point in the restriction anymore as the fast cap ended.. also 3 years ago, if players want to spend millions to cap a new character let them.

100% agree with this, since there’s no fast cap anymore (3 years later) what’s the point in not allowing instant exp kits?
