Veil arti mage

Is it possible that the veil arti proc from mage miss the target? I tested it alot against the first boss from winter event, third boss from winter event and lb elite orrick. Sometimes i see the damage ticks on the health bar and sometimes i don‘t see it and no it didn‘t proc somewhere else because there were no other minions at the boss and no i did not proc another arti because I don’t have other artis. I always made sure to proc blood gun and kraken armor while checking the symbol and then i switch to dmg set where i use veil arti and it always proc instant but sometimes there is a big visible dmg tick and sometimes there is literally nothing but the icon says different.

Looking at the data, the proc can be dodged by the target. I'd have to get with design to see if this is intended.

any news? because nearly every boss dodges my arti proc and then i have to wait for cooldown, so whats the use of it…
Also the veil bracelet proc is nearly non existing dmg wise or is it just the boss who dodges this as well?(can‘t even test it because you wouldn‘t see a difference…)

If you miss or if the target dodges an attack that has a cooldown, that attack / skill, etc. will go on cooldown.

Certain monsters do have very high chance to dodge. You have means of affecting this - but these are not very common.

So attacks that has cooldown will go on cooldown when it gets dodged. What about kraken weapons or blood weapons? Never seen that issue there… It mostly just get dodged but they won‘t go on cooldown. So whats the deal…

I'm mage, and im with all class, so

I request that STS review/check that artifact, or if necessary, implement the same proc in all classes.

Dot randomly not dealing damage while the artifact goes on cooldown and no enemies around to proc on. The damage meter shows no solar damage delt .
This issue happens with every boss in the game and more frequently with some specific bosses( for example dune floor 1 boss ) and its so annoying when it happens.
This made veilblade artifact obsolete in the temple event since you are basically rolling a dice if it gets dodged you lose the round.

Can't we just remove the dodge from bosses with same level and below or at least the same gear level and below? This shouldn't happen especially with gear above the level of the content

The artifact can no longer be dodged in the next server (content) update.

Looks like sorcerer's veil artifact has no visual proc either

The chances for the arti to hit is better but It still get dodged by the bosses
