evil elf set 8/8 pointless?

evil set 8/8 low stats and somehow pointless.... not even worth wearing it in curse or anything else coz you die quickly

It basically kills all mobs regardless of how much health they have.

Think dune, elite dune, and all future expansions, unless STS decide to nerf it.

When i reas the description i see a 2 parts exécution in mob clearing.

First you need to activate the 4/4 proc (Aura). Idk wich parts you use for that your call. Just make yourself tankier with the other parts.

Them when ennemies are freezed you finish them off with the 8/8.

Idk if you did use them like that. I don't have the set but that is the way it makes sense for me.

Theoretically speaking, it's one of the many ways we could use it, but changing sets to deliver a charged attack takes longer than simply hitting them with a fireball.

It's very likely that the set will end up being garbage, to be honest; it's something only someone with low damage would use.

You simply activate it to blow up a group of mobs without using other weapons or when you're on cooldown.
Theoretically, if you're a low-damage mage with this and you have a low-damage warrior with you who can protect you, he pulls them and you eliminate them.

It blocks the star beast set proc I tried today

Ok the elf set has a cooldown of a 20 seconds and its shared with star beast ( cosmic killer buff) so if you proc star beast elf set won't work and vice versa
