Yeah better to separate lb for normal lb and elite lb.
Since prize is non tradable, only banner, badge, wisp,halo and eggs(no lb set).
Why not make leader board for top 50 overall class for normal and elite leader board. Just like fiction event.
For more challenging make it different prize for norma lb and elite lb prizes.
So we focus to one account and to preventing multiple account in lb.

If they bring back lb vanities it should be bound and stash able to the players who won and deserve it and it shouldn't be able to be bought and sold and used by merchant if that's the case unlock every bound item in the game.
