Switch ulti without full respec

All ultimates require 10 points each so it would be helpful to let us switch between ultis without going through full respec process.

It would still cost 1 respec scroll or 5 plats of course.

Just allow use any ultimate lol, long press on ulti button to change it (just like hotbars work), without respec and without putting 10 points into it
