Closing of threads

There seems to be some confusion among players so if you didn't know STS forum system it is so old and outdated the system cannot close threads it has to be done manually. Official moderators and administrators do not patrol the forums or handle any day-to-day activity however they are the only ones that can delete a thread only upon request and that's all they do on forums unless they're posting a post themselves. They use regular in game players to handle the day-to-day activity on forums they grant them one permission and that is to be able to close threads and a player with that permission can close a thread on will and STS is not going to question them . So any thread that is closed it is done by a regular player who has been granted that permission and like I said before it has to be done manually the system has no mechanism to close threads automatically again it has to be done manually and it's by a player in game you'll never know who they are unless they told you.
. The system does not do any flagging on its own for a example if I were to expose a scam and one of these players with that permission is running that scam or have friends running that scam they can just close your thread anytime at will that's just an example. these players who have this permission granted are among the richest players in the game. That doesn't mean all rich players have this permission.

Imagine devs wasting time on reading these useless threads and it causes that they skipping some important thread (or PM... )
