Question for devs regarding Arcane belt (bug?)

Hi could you check the 13% haste from new arcane level 1 belts works , I did a test and it’s the same as without wearing the belt.

13% seems like a lot but it's actually very small, there needs to be an addition from a pet, either HB or AA directly, so that the haste is really felt.

Looks like this is a bug (specific to the level scaled haste), fixed for next app update.
