From this https://www.spacetimestudios.com/sho...-Nuri-s-Circus item thread it says that polar snowcaps are supposed to drop from the Frozen Nightmare campaign. I’ve probably farmed over 2k total pinks and well over 60k total enemy kills from these maps I’ve yet to see a single one of them drop.

I spoke to friends I’ve known over a decade and none of them can recall seeing it in cs either.
