I always enjoyed the game when it was simple but interesting. Lots of community, easy to play, exciting rewards, just pure relaxing fun but now there is so much going on its like trying to choose what you want to eat at Arby's with their 500 item menu. Cinco, Add some of the old feel back in the game. How? I don't know but Im sure you might. Maybe a portal to go through and end up in 'Arcane Legends Retro'... Bring back what the core has been missing for so long. I know you have some good ideas so come up with something for us. I for one would be very excited to see that come to life and so would my credit card.

Thank you for bringing back LB vanities and gl drop , i would add one more thing , i understand you guys don’t want to do anything about pvp but could you just remove haste from pvp , make pvp haste free so no matter how much haste you have outside pvp in pvp map your haste will be 0 . I ask this cuz haste in pvp has buffed one class more and is a downside for the other two classes, if haste gets removed from pvp than pvp will be balanced. Same as you did by nerfing dune staff proc in pvp cuz it was to OP , you guys should also remove haste from pvp cuz its to broken and mainly benefits just one class . Call me old fashioned but LB rewards should be for those willing to put the time and effort towards getting the rewards. Selling it off later to those who just swipe/have more gold seems convoluted (those replying that its seller's choice well that's just how it goes when you want to buy new gear or similar and have nothing else of value).
Binded equip does not help anyone. We enjoy playing different classes from time to time and this system just stops the majority from doing this. Bind on equip does not increase the demand because most will simply not buy another veil/winter for different character.
Instead add a system that locks these items to your account only after being equipped.
Advertisements are great and all but there are plenty of new player dead ends in the game.
As a new player you will need to be carried to complete the more rewarding xp/story quest and farming mobs/bosses in the higher maps (which give most xp value) is excessively tedious when you have to deal with environmental obstacles and gear gap.
Then comes advancing in gear, right now new players get pushed to farm difficult content because that's just what most veterans recommend doing (and because there is almost no way to get better time's worth) but this results in them getting carried repeatably than actually playing the game and bringing down the enjoyability and fluidity of veterans when it's expected to be able to carry your own weight somewhat, especially in content that can k.o. well geared players (newbies have to play extra passive since ankhs don't grow on trees for them).
Introducing pets, sets and weapons that are achievable through grinding and are account locked will strongly incentivize new players to keep going and close the gap between them not contributing in runs.
Utilize the many forgotten elite maps to achieve this and they don't have to be completely new items but weaker versions of the current best equipment so this cycle of progression can keep going with each level cap. This also adds quite a few non-gold sink options for Achievement Points.
Wish loots for crafting items for arcane items were easier to drop and quest are thoroughly guided
world of warcraft, the og top tier mmo, does this. they have a "retail" server where all their newer modern stuff exists alongside a "classic" one where the old vanilla version of the game as it was initially released exists that players who crave the older style can go play in. im not sure what the logistics of doing that with AL would be but certainly an interesting experiment i think.

Provide better or more rewards to players who spend real money to purchase platinum, as they are a significant contributor to your profits.
So, that’s why we spend to become one of the unique and powerful. In my opinion, the previous platinum rewards are inadequate for those who purchase 500,000 platinum total.

Nice mprovements! honestly, this is the most refreshing post you’ve made in the past few months.
One suggestion that might be worth considering: instead of keeping certain items permanently account-bound, would it be possible to add an option to make BoE items tradeable again by removing all existing awakenings? That way, once an item becomes tradeable, it resets to a clean state.
