Face Ral'Hess in the Old Town Hotel. Farm for the 'Hotelier' for free access to the Hotel Room or purchase access from the Keyman.

Hotel Keys and Key Kits can be purchased for 2 Platinum if you want to skip the 'Hotelier' farming.

Collect crafting components from the Hotelier to craft "Enraged Djinn" items.
Evolve your "Enraged Djinn" with scrolls that can be looted from Ral'Hess!

I find this event so tedious and ridiculous when it comes to farming the badge and title. It doesn't make sense at all the rng for that matter for someone to farm 1 hour and get 4 badge drops for example... Once I farmed so much in Saint Patrick's event just to not get badge either.. it's strange. As someone who's got heavy experience with DL and pl and somewhat arcane legends this seems like a surreal thing. If you aren't farming for badge or title it's kinda nice for other things but it just seems like a headache if you are.

Curious to the effect of Luck wearing the full Halcyon set. The entire Valentine event I could not drop a Corrupted Heart Stone, only Djinn and Polished Heart. As if the base level (white) drop could never occur?
