speed stacking bug

veil helm 2.2x + ms speed set 2.0 i think so 4.2x set .They cannot stack now.

If you want to stack speed during proc, I suggest using proc from veil/blood helm + star beast amu. It can be stacked without speed set, or if there are any other alternative suggestions please let me know
