Around 30-40m, but I have 1 char 4/5 when an event come out. So yesterday I try to make it 5/5 and need 28M so it's more expensive. 28m for 1 last vanity.

It's all about luck, if your rng is good then it could be much cheaper if it's bad then you could spend more, that's all
I too had this question when I gave it a go. I heard it was an average of 30m at the time right before trying. I ended up spending 60m. I've heard as low as 8m, and I know someone who has spent 220m and still hasn't completed it. The moment you get one piece, you don't even realize it, but you're on the dopamine gamble train. It's the absolute worst when you're 4/5 pieces and end up with a double. It's like here's 10 more tries but it will most likely take more than 10 pulls to hit the next item. Take into account you're going to be looking for just that one item out of the 6 possibles, it maths out to 17% chance that you'll get the exact one you need. I haven't followed up with those players, but I imagine it's possible to spend 300-400m if you keep getting unlucky.

It only makes sense that in a 'random' system of chance, one person completes it with 8m and another at 220m. The majority will complete it within the reasonable 68% bounds within the first parts of the Bell curve. Took myself 70m, pretty average I guess, maybe a bit above. Spend like 40m for the last item with dupes. Goodluck!
That is already very generous of the dev lol I was expecting 1b minimum to complete the set or else it wouldn’t be much of a gold sink since once u obtain it ur not gonna do it anymore and to obtain the weapon vanity from 10k to 100k a pull I don’t think there is anyone gonna try get weapon vanity anymore from now on

That could be the record low that I've surveyed so far! Is the 5m after selling off the duplicates or straight 5/5 no dups?

I spend mine 5-5.5m, i didnt count duplicates that i sold, but after i got aura i sold other things and got 5m back
