PIRATE BOOTY
+ Increased the amount of gold awarded in both Standard and Elite Pirate Booty.
+ Added support for Gold Loot bonuses to affect Pirate Booty Crate gold loot!
+ Pirate Booty Crates give tokens on survival.
+ Reduced the damage dealt by Kill'ya Cannons in Standard mode.
+ Increased the health of Pirate Booty Crates in both Standard and Elite modes.
+ Reduced the health of Chief Clawsnap in the Standard encounter.
+ Captain Sinn should now offer her daily quest on subsequent days.

OTHER
+ Dunestride 3 piece itemset visuals have been restored.
+ Fixed Star Beast 3pc bonus visuals not being removed when the set no longer qualifies
+ Added additional logging in timed dungeons to try and determine which player pulled aggro
