+ Added Elite Cthulhu/Prime to hud objectives
+ Buffed chances to loot the Golden Letter Chest with the Golden Love Elixir.
+ Tweaked placement of Rose Bouquets for Rogues

OTHER
+ Veilblade Assassin weapon (all) DoT damage greatly increased.
+ Veilblade Assassin weapon (all) charged shields can now be reapplied before the current one expires.
