I have purchased 1700 platinum this morning but until now my platinum is still 0. I have the purchase order no. Does it really take that long to obtain the platinum you have purchase?

Мay be this is normal for Spicetime studio because I now wait 24 hours to receive a platinium credits that I paid. I understand that there may be delays but I expect at least a quick response from Support whats heppend. Until now no responce .. I'll wait a little bit more before turning to googleplay that gladly take our money
