    Default Pocket Legends Needs Tinker Set Bonus Removed From 115 PvP Badly. Unbalanced P2W PVP

    This post is long overdue but now that basically no active PvP exists aside from lvl 115 it is just unbearable now.

    I'm going to use bird with dex as my example but this applies to all 3 sets (will give a few mage examples as well).

    Crafted+tinker set bonus is roughly the amount buffs give, unbuffed. Meaning say I'm on bird and I use focus and evade with regular mythic set on, I am now about equal stat wise (150-200ish armor less still but its close) with a crafted set bonus bird in pvp that hasn't used their buffs at all. In reality the crafted bird is actually still at an advantage because of the insane HP regen the set bonus gives. How does a set bonus make you have the stats of a buffed player while not even having buffs yourself? It's unreal.

    A good example of this as a mage is the set bonus mana regen given by crafted tinker bonus. Playing a pure int mythic mage you lose all your mana and half your HP in a single skill. You cannot regen enough mana to use skills and you instantly lose the fight. While a crafted mage that uses ms can endlessly spam skills until their health pool is gone because of the mana regen instantly making any skill usable. This snowballs and is exacerbated by the fact crafted set bonus mages also have an extra 800 armor on top of the endless regen. So one mage dies instantly and can't do anything about it, and one tanks forever and can spam skills endlessly.

    The argument against this is that honor exists for fair stats. Nobody plays honor, you cannot get somebody to play honor even if you gave them a prize.

    The fix is simple, remove the stat bonuses given by tinker in PvP maps. Make everybody that plays endgame pvp have the same stats (or very close to the same).

    Also there are some really broken summer event arcane rarity rings that are broken in PvP and are very rare. They should be nerfed. Why is a limited time event item better stat wise than cap items?

    Exactly this, this has made the only active pvp level unplayable for anyone who doesn’t own crafted (or fox players in general), the level essentially hands these players wins for free despite the other team playing significantly better just because of a gear and stat difference, this just enables player toxicity and acceptance that pvp can’t be fair which is unfortunate. I would really like to see the tinker set bonus as well as the mythic sands rings completely nerfed pvp side. A change like this doesn’t fix the other glaring issues with 115 pvp but it is the hugest and most crucial step towards making endgame pvp as good as it used to be way back.

    PvP is so fun when you vs somebody the same class with 4100 armor and you have 3100. Any word on possibly making PvP a more fair experience for the masses?

    A lot of us are tired of the way 115 endgame pvp is going, it doesn’t allow for players to improve so pve players don’t want to try it out unfortunately
    Easy fixes would be
    - remove tinker bonus from pvp only, like how enchants and other procs (hawken talon) are removed from pvp, this is the most important change as opponents you fight could have 800-1000 more armor than you and that’s unwinnable.

    - lesson auto damage in pvp (like with the L50 QTR stat weapons) auto attacks shouldn’t 3 shot players they should be lessened to 300-500 damage maximum.

    -remove mage heal proc in pvp, it currently gives 20% armor with a cooldown of 3 seconds so the uptime is infinite ( for reference fox evade gives 20% armor and lasts 10 seconds with a longer cooldown) heal easily powercreeps a lot of armor buffs which is unfair if you are playing a 3v3 the team without a mage always loses.

    -additionally change fox skill darts to 12m range, having it at 10m makes kiting players impossible and I always have to die after a push, just a small change that would help fox players not immediately give up on the class when they play it (I don’t wanna be the only fox player in pvp anymore)

    We’re aware these changes take time to implement and we’d appreciate an update on if this can get added in, as the last “bastion” for the pvp community all we ask is that it’s made as fair as possible, this naturally makes newer players want to join in and learn rather than quit after one match
