Luck and gold loot

Does luck increase your chance of getting a better gold drop ?
If not why don't we make luck a factor in getting a better gold drop .

Luck doesn't affect gold loot, and there's no need to craft anything; there's already enough inflation, so gold farming isn't broken.

I mean there's a reason luck and gold loot are 2 standalone attributes. If luck helped with gl it would be too OP
