Scorchlord Armor Rog Bug ???

Just wondering why did Scorchlord Armor Rog doesn't have the shiny diamond thingy in the middle? While war and mage armor have the shiny thingy in the middle.... Is this a bug or is it how it's supposed to be? Just wondering cuz only rog one is not shiny....if its a bug i hope its fixed immediately tysm !

It seems like it's too small so it's just faintly visible.
