    Changes with today's update:

    + Force start is now allowed without filling 3 minutes after someone enters the circle.
    + Increased time between Magma Strikes.
    + Moderate increase to badge/shield drop rate.

    After today’s update, has anyone else died while stunned and it says it was from a meteor even though it was nowhere near you? I brushed it off the first time, but it’s happened three times now. I’ve also noticed it happens right after a boss fight

    . I've noticed one type of meteor that strikes way outside the red circle and kills you while you're running away from it, cheap way to end a run. Also meteors that strike before the red circle shows seems like a bug and maybe didn't get the nerf. Other meteors have decreased in frequency and speed, but not the ones I mentioned. Would be nice to have an LB run that didn't end prematurely by being blinked out of existence with no notice.

    There is only one type of magma strike.

    First case could either be lagging while running out, and you're still in it on the server, or a less obvious version of the second case, and it's a different magma strike hitting you.

    For the second case, have you just moved really far before it happens?
    I think there's an issue where if a magma strike spawns far enough from you that it isn't immediately sent to you, the visuals are out of sync when you come into range of it (just starting its fall visually when it's really about to impact). I'll fix that.

    To the devs,

    First off, I get that the event is supposed to be challenging, and that’s totally fine. I just wanted to ask about some of the mob interactions we’ve been noticing. Sometimes the human mobs walk really far away from the player, and even worse, they seem to become completely immune to damage while doing so. Attacks, auras, skills - nothing hits them. Is this intended behavior, or is it a bug? If it’s working as designed, I hope it can be tweaked a bit in the future. It’s not a huge issue in the early waves since there’s still plenty of time to chase them down. But in the later waves, where most of the time is spent dealing with mages and red skeletons, it starts to get pretty frustrating. The timer is fixed, so it feels bad having to waste time chasing a mob that runs off too far and can’t even be damaged while moving. Hopefully this can be improved down the line, even if not during this event. Thank you!

    You can just spam faster to kill them ,i don't find it is an issue tbh because it's fine with me because those human mobs are there to waste time and that's what makes it interesting lol. The event is fine now and the thing you're complaining about is definitely a skill issue.
    I can kill those humans while moving and with powers as well ,I would say you need a better strategy.

    No it's not a glitch when they run they're not immune to meele nor powers idk what's wrong with your game but it seems fine to me maybe it's your ping? Although my ping is 250-400 all the time and I'm still in the top 10 on the leaderboard so don't think it's an issue. You're right it's good to bring issues to devs but I think it's not an issue.

    Let me save you from the trouble of conversing with some people who have selective comprehension. Trust me that they will waste your time. I played this event for years and was consistently in top LB spots. You are right, sometimes the humans are weird like that. The skills and attack dont hit them even if you get really close while chasing them. This issue has been raised before but had no definite answer yet. So we just made a strategy for it before when it was a team play by having a dedicated player who will look out for the human mobs. For this solo event, I'll give you a tip. If some of them get isolated, keep track of their positions on your minimap and come back to kill them at the last minute if you still have enough time. Focus on taking out the mages and skeletons first. This behavior is out of your control and not a skill issue lmao people be just throwing phrases nowadays without actually understanding what’s being said
