@Futumsh it would be cool if yall gave a special title for the player with the best score along with the conq mask it’ll be cool if number 1 spot get a title like “The One Above All” or like “lord of the ninth” conq mask is rewarding but a title makes it even much more rewarding for those who already got both conqueror mask
Great event mechanic. I just wish that only best score through out the account. I can see how others will play multiple alt toon for this LB and get multiple prizes. It already happened during beach gauntlets, also in the past anniversary events. Thats just my opinion.
Happy about all the changes on this event. Makes it more interesting and challenging.
Probably new title besides the old one that everyone have, since its the first anniversary events with solo LB not group.

Yeah I agree. Some players use multiple toons to get the same reward. I like how yall added magma to this gauntlet yall should add new stuff to beach gauntlet as well so it can be more challenging to the players who already know the strategies to win it and give other more chance it’ll just make things more competitive all around

There's very little point in limiting by account, just means the characters used by the same people will be on different accounts.
I mean yall should have it like if u get the leaderboard on one char u cant get it on another only different accounts can.
For example, a player can place top 10 on their main character, then repeat that on multiple alternate characters and still receive rewards like gazeron each one. While they may have earned those placements, allowing the same player to occupy multiple leaderboard spots across different characters creates an unfair advantage. It limits opportunities for other players who are trying to compete in the event and makes the competition less balanced overall.

If limited by account, they can do exactly the same thing, just with characters on different accounts. It makes no difference at all, other than encouraging having additional accounts to do it.
I understand that, and I agree that limiting by account alone wouldn’t solve it.
What I’m suggesting isn’t restricting accounts, but limiting reward distribution instead. For example, a player could still place multiple characters on the leaderboard, but only their highest placement would receive the main reward. Any additional placements by the same player wouldn’t receive duplicate rewards, and those rewards could pass down to the next unique players.
That way, nothing is restricted in terms of how people play, but it prevents one individual from taking multiple top rewards and opens up more spots for others. It keeps the competition fair without encouraging extra accounts or limiting participation. Don’t something is better then doing nothing

All it really does is limit one group while clearing the way for people with accounts on different logins to take those extra rewards instead, and it would probably just encourage even more people to spread across different accounts to get around it.

Not really to be honest your talk is cheap. You sound like your one of the ones going on alts and get leaderboard for double rewards the way u defending it.
My point is every play should be able to get a fair shot at the leaderboard without nerds who been doing the leaderboard gauntlet for years taking all the other possible spots with their alts so other play don't get fair shot. Kinda lame I hope your not one of the miserable greedy players that does that if so I despise you.

Yeah I agree, alt-hogging is pretty lame. But I think the real issue with your idea is identity tracking. The game only sees accounts, not the actual person behind them. Unless the devs go super heavy with tracking like device IDs or IP addresses, there’s no reliable way to enforce it. And even then, it’s easy to get around with VPNs or just using multiple devices.
You’re still looking at it from a ‘people will try to bypass it’ angle, but that applies to literally any system. That doesn’t mean you don’t improve it The goal isnnot to make it impossible to exploit, it’s to stop rewarding the behavior directly. Right now the system incentivizes alt stacking because it gives duplicate rewards for the same playa If rewards are tied to unique placements insteadyou remove the main incentive Even if a few people try to get around it, the overall impact is reduced and more actual players get a shot.That’s just better design than doing nothing and letting the same few people occupy multiple spots every event which is degenerate behavior. It’ll give other players a shot at top ten
