Elite Chest Bug.

So after capping to 21 I decided to do a old jarl run. Got a Elite Silver Chest, opened it and bam, 21 clever juggernaut.
We was told these chests would be level capped at 16 and we was told not to horde them also. Just giving a heads up as they are starting to flood the AH.

EDIT* The chest are called Elite Silver Chest ll now.

All elite requires lvl 20 now. Those are simply new chests with different drop tables.
