Sb amulet

Hi. I know this is from a past expansion but I'd ask for this before and got no answer.
It is possible to make the sb amuelt's proc to be equally consistent as the elemental's proc?
Sb amulet is very inconsistent for it to proc. Most of the time it won't proc. Even if others procs activate 2 times sb amulet doesn't do it.

If ur mage use skill time shift n use veil orb , this is an easy way to enable 100% ms stack proc
