Macro users issue

Can something be done about players who use macro ? They cheating their way on event lb , speed run lb , gl farm and even pvp kills . Its very unfair to players who spent hours playing the game while some others just bot to the top with no real effort. Please do something about this cuz its really concerning and frustrating to the rest of us . Thank you !
