About not waiting 5 or more seconds for the black cloud/fog to appear, but rather having it appear instantly

If it's not possible due to policies against changing the vanity after its release, especially after so much time, that's fine. The effect suits it, but it takes a long time to get used to it. Thanks.

I'll take a look, it might be a bug (it shouldn't take 5s for an effect to appear).
