faster remap so players dont need to run across the entire map ty

some people alrdy keep hedo quests and can remap in a second. surely a daily speak to npc quest would not be that hard to put in!

Alternatively, make char spawn by the portal if we quit Hedourah map through exit portal.

This way no new quests are required.

It'd be nice to have all maps with the entry from town/hub to behave like this actually.
Updating existing maps might be a lot of work but please do this for future campaign and event maps. Thanks!
