What happened today with the new Starry Pet and the Thorn Guard Stones indicates that they should release the test dummy as soon as possible.
This is something they talked about a while ago and said they were going to place in houses.

By the way, this release needs to be well-designed area, meaning it should allow for testing items, and all in an area where everything is free (this sounds hard to do), They could use Hydra LB and Fly LB as dummies.

Also allow one or more other players (4 maximum) to enter the area to test (being able to do pve and pvp)
