Hi everyone ,

So I have over 155 characters in my account and I opened key crates there, but the thing in every character I have like 5-10 keys that I cannot use. Is there a way to get the keys back?

Because i do bulk crates opening and in every new character i loot arcane item and the reason i know is i get arcane banner achievement popping up in my screen so i stop opening more keys and i switch to other characters if that makes sense

it’s not true..

Bro it is not old conspiracy whenever I open crates in my other new characters almost always loot arcane item really quickly I made billions from this method

Whether I made a mistake opening crate keys in other characters or not is not my issue my issue is since 1 key= 1 platinum why don’t we get the option to retrieve them from the characters ?

Again what i am saying is there should be a mechanism to at least stash opened keys crates and transfer between characters regardless of the reason why I did it.

I buy plat in bulks and I do buy keys in bulks too and I open them in new characters that’s why I have 155 characters. You won’t understand what I am doing and that’s ok. My idea is going to help a lot of people

I don't take it personal at all and if it seems so then I am sorry but I think you already got the solution to your problem from the replies... Delete about 152 of your 155 characters and play the game like it was meant to be played. Best wishes =-)
