Make bound leaderboard banners tradable

if certain items were changed from bound to tradeable then everyone would start asking for the same thing for other vanities and items until the end of time

I would love to see this change.. if u don’t want to sell it then don’t and if u do then go ahead no one is holding u lb vanities/lb banners/non lb banners etc just everything there will be many options I don’t see it as a bad change
