Blood ruby gives you decent hp boost.like limsy said dmg is not everything especially when all classes now has the chance to buff their dmg via crafting.increasing mana pool and decent hp for survivability is crucial at this point

As of now i would say you are doing great.add with crafting combo im sure you can find a decent setting for yourself.

any fully geared rouge? cause ive seen a warrior with 8k hp and 616 dmg.. which kinda sucks for rouges lol

Only managed to get 3 or so exceptional bonds so far.
And for all doubters of my rockstar status:
The tank with 8k hp is a buffed or photoshopped tank...

No thats just buffed with maul proc and probably valkin arcane ability otherwise the biggest health I've seen is 6400
