Buff the Old Platinum Sides weapon

A lot of players are upset at the OPS (old platinum sides) getting completely wasted from the damage reduction
Is there a way to remove the reduction for the OPS exclusively? Or add 2000 base damage to it in pvp to subvert the massive nerf?
The damage reduction was certainly needed but an item like OPS shouldn’t have fallen off this hard
It was also especially good on classes that don’t have high range in their kits so would be a fairly decent buff to that if it were usable again

Hoping it can receive a buff soon

Small misunderstanding, i did not ask for the damage reduction to be removed, I asked it to be exclusively removed off of the ops weapon

You clearly misunderstood me. This is not a misunderstanding on my part. Just because I didn't say reduction for OPS specifically does not mean that I meant something else.

I’d like to reiterate then that the ops was the only way for classes with low range in their kit to compete with mages and birds, as birds and mages benefitted more from talon/crafted, pvp has become a lot more imbalanced with ops being sacked in the meta, especially given its usage was for classes that could not utilize 12m range on their own as well as players who did not own a crafted set but owned an ops instead, with it out of the meta, classes like fox and rhino suffer heavily due to this, a buff to the classes themselves or the ops is 100% needed given what the meta is at currently
