They should fix the friend list issue. When you try to add someone, it says the nickname doesn’t exist, even though it does. That’s misleading.
Honestly, I think STS should consider creating a locked crate called “The Lost Crate” that can be purchased with Platinum and traded for gold.
The concept is simple: any vanity item from accounts that have been permanently banned for at least one year could be added to the crate’s loot pool. That way, rare items wouldn’t disappear forever when an account gets banned, and lucky players willing to take a chance could potentially obtain some extremely rare collectibles.
The crate could also drop at maps during certain events to give non-spenders motivation too. At the end of the day, the community loses whenever a permanently banned account is holding items like a Medusa set, Frank set, or other iconic vanities. That’s one less item circulating in the game and one less opportunity for active players to trade for it.
To balance things out, the crate could mostly contain ordinary items based on the player’s level (Uncommon, rare, legendary…), with a very small chance of dropping a vanity. The exciting part would be that the vanity could be literally any vanity recovered from long-term banned accounts. In theory, someone could open a crate and get something as common as a low-value devourer helmet vanity or as rare as a Medusa Helmet.
Another possibility would be adding IGN Tokens. If a player obtains one, they could receive a random character name recovered from a permanently banned account.
What I like about this idea is that it creates excitement around lost items, gives players a chance to see LEGENDARY vanities return to circulation, and potentially generates significant revenue for STS. They could even limit crate openings to special events that occur a few times per year to keep the system exclusive and highly anticipated.
From my perspective, it feels like a win-win situation. Players get access to items that would otherwise be lost forever, and STS gains a new source of engagement and revenue. Since permanently banned accounts almost never get unbanned anyway, those items are effectively gone from the game regardless.
I know this idea seems crazy but think about it lol. Also, knowing the dev team I know that this would never happen, it would be too much work for them to look through banned accounts and add the vanities.
Either way i’m out here giving ideas everyday.

Feel free to share your opinion, whether you like the idea or not! I’m just trying to improve and innovate the game so it gets exciting again!! It can still have another Golden Era. Every opinion matters, even if you completely disagree.
Either way, I’m out here giving ideas every day.

This has been suggested many times before. It has been discussed in-depth. We are not going to do this.
We've stated the reasons why we are not doing it - and you are free to search them out if you like :-)
