Where is the logic in this?
Why does elemental amulet give stacking speed when the description doesn't say it stacks?
And why kraken helm's speed proc doesn't stack?
And what is the difference between a speed buff and movement speed buff? Why do we have two of them?
It doesn't make any sense.

Also kraken armor doesn't work together with blood helm. Both give 2x speed and only count one. Test for yourself without ss
I have tested it. I know what works and what doesn’t. The thing is that the description doesn’t match the reality.
Because the stacking speed is pre-calculated into your total envoice and then cycled to your actual speed. Not the other way around.
Not what I meant. I was saying, that both kraken helmet/armor and the elemental amulet don't have stacking speed in their description but elemental amulet's speed proc stacks.
It like saying something and doing the opposite.
