Mini-Event: The Arlorian Cup

We've added a new mini-event celebrating the international, global phenomenon of soccer.

Support your favorite team by wearing the team jersey!

Loot/collect badges and titles!

Play pickup games of 5v5 soccer in Footy Field for fun!


Event Features

This mini-event runs for 6 weeks (yes, SIX WEEKS) starting June 11 13:30 CDT to July 23 13:30 CDT with a 1d cooldown. This mini-event will run parallel to other events.

Visit Sterling in Windmoore for a bit of Arlorian lore and pick a vanity country jersey for your class! There are 48 jerseys to choose from, one for each country.



Wearing the jersey in town will spawn an interactive soccer ball! The ball will react to the zone's collision boundaries and other players.



Wearing any Country Jersey, bosses in Arlor within 5 levels of your character level have chance to drop:

+ The Arlorian Cup Peace Prize Badge



When looting the Peace Prize Badge, you will earn a point for your country. Visit Sterling to view the country standings showing the country that looted the most badges!



Wearing any country jersey, opening chests throughout Arlor within 5 levels of your character will have a chance to drop 1 of 48 country stamps.



Collect these stamps in your Passport (Collections) to earn:

+ The Arlorian Cup Golden Boot Badge



+ The Globetrotter Title

+ The Arlorian Ball Wisp




Footy Field

Enter Footy Field through Sterling wearing any country jersey to play 5v5 soccer matches!







Footy Field details:

+ All equipment and vanities except the vanity armor and vanity banner are hidden
+ No potions, no skills, and no equipment changes are allowed in the zone
+ All players move at the same speed
+ All players are unarmed and the unarmed attack "kicks" the ball
+ Matches are pick-up, no teams, just sides. Choose a side (red or blue) and defend your goal while trying to get the ball into the other side's goal.
+ Matches last 10m, have a 1m cooldown and then reset, rinse, repeat.

I once thought event might be good but no the greedy sts wanna retire their whole family tree via just one event ..
There is a limit to how much a person can be a greedy but seems like sts has no limit ...
At this point I can say that they have passed the greedy community..

My question do we actually have to pay 1000 plat for a jersey just to enter the field? So that means I’d need to spend around 150 bucks in (my country currency) just to play? Seriously?
