Mini-Event: The Arlorian Cup

Wow, needing plat to enter an event!? That's a new low, esp after trying to build the positive vibe after the letter to the community.
Except the plat part, the idea looks pretty interesting tho.

In the spirit of destroying the f2p environment, here are some ideas you can consider to implement to get more $ :

- 5 plat to enter per game
- use 20 plat to give one player yellow card, causing him to freeze 1 min
- use 50 plat to commit foul disabling the opponent for 5 sec
- use 100 plat to be enable profanity privilege against opponent or team mate if one feels like in chat, no ban...
- use 100 plat to give one player red card to kick out of game for 3 min
- use 200 plat to increase the opponent's ping by 100
- use 500 plat to freeze all opponents for 2 min
- use 500 plat to get a free kick
- use 800 plat to be able to use speed set
- use 1000 plat to directly win match
- add 1000 plat for the World Cup trophy house item

You get the idea...

I doubt u will get players 2 cough up 1k plat to play this.

As it is u have created bound new gear and make us pay plat 2 slot stones in this gear. When new gear comes out these old sets r worthless and we lose all stones and can't even sell this gear that we r out millions as well as plat. We can't even share this gear with our alts.

U say u r going to move the game to be mor ftw but i'm not seeing it lately. Maybe try listening to the community.

The problem is that this event appears on the roadmap after Slot Craft.
I thought it would come much later than Slot Craft. There's even another mini-event before Slot Craft, I think it's for Father's Day. That's why I'm asking if there will be Slot Craft this week or not.

At the risk of upsetting a minority of players, and I really get the frustration ..I feel it myself so much this past year but using bad comments personally directed at the devs is out of order. If you have ever needed help and messaged the devs you would know that on the whole if it’s a problem they can help with they do..Better to do like the majority did here and express an opinion about the problem, decision, game without personal insults. You are so right, are many messages I donÂ’t like to see and read on here. Sts you should remove some messages who are going to far and ban those of forum for few days at least. If they donÂ’t respect all your work, your time to build a fun and safe place for us to enjoy, they should not have the right to post when its in disrespect. I cant imagine how they most treat other players also in gameÂ… maybe they should be ban few days there too.

They are way to adress when we donÂ’t agree.

DonÂ’t let the forum become toxic with haters. Even if itÂ’s not against us, itÂ’s about a game we love and people we respect. We just lack the power to shhht them.

The development team at least listened to the community.

I would have done it differently.
I would have reduced it to 100 Plat.
As a developer, I would have then explained that the 1000 Plat was really a "typo".
That would have calmed the entire community. They might have even made fun of the typo.
But they wouldn't have called me "greedy."
I understand that every event costs money. It has to be programmed, etc.
But it's surely better if the community is happy and laughing than if they're upset and frustrated because they think the developer has become "greedy."

That's just my Opinion 😉
