Red Ping!

Is anyone else having terrible ping issues? My internet service is fiber optic, so I'm normally averaging around solid green 50 ping, but in the past week, I'm hitting solid red ping a few times per day, typically lasting for 10-20 minutes. I am mostly seeing it running solo in catacombs, where it is red the whole time, "reconnecting" many many times, but sometimes even just sitting in my house or town. This red ping is making running cata absolutely miserable.

There are no changes on my device to account for this, and other streaming content isn't experiencing a problem. I've rebooted both the router and the device, but to no avail. This is occurring at different times of day and night, and doesn't appear to be a local network traffic issue or due to extraneous noise on the wifi channel.

As far as I can tell on my end, it's just Arcane Legends. Anyone else?

Must be nice when 10 minutes of lag is unusual enough to make a forum post, some of us have been reconnecting for so long we don't even question it anymore

I sometimes clear my phone and app caches of junk files, make sure nothing is running in the background, empty trash and restart my phone. try that and if that does nothing then try reinstalling the game. Just make sure you have your user and password before you do Also, even though everything else is working... try unplugging your internet for like 10 mins and restart.

Just a few small things I try that sometimes helps. sometimes not.
