Can we add a text over items that have been favorited in the upgrade window when selected? I accidentally removed a rare upgrade from the item

Crafting station-> upgrade -> step 1: select an item. I had the same gear multiple times and tried to get soulbinders rare upgrade on all. Got it on one, equipped it, and continued to upgrade the other gears. But the one i upgraded successfully with a rare was accidentally selected and I removed it;-(

Would be nice if a favorited item cannot be selected like in awakening, or at least a warning message notifying us that it is a favorite gear

to be fair: before selecting an item u can inspect it by clicking on the image of the item to see what awakes, jewels are on the item. If you do that, its impossible to choose the wrong item

Yep. I was just in a rush to upgrade the gears with stones, and forgot that even equipped gears can be selected for upgrades. I use my phone to play. So its really quick to "mindlessly" hit select, remove stone, add stone. I admit its user error based, but it'd be nice if they can add a feature to not have this happen again. Similar to how awakes are protected from accidentally reawakening.
