Haven't played in a long time since 2023. How is the twink pvp scene?

Recently got bored and watched some twink pvp videos, mainly from 2016 backwards and man do I miss this game now.

Has there been any new changes to revert twink pvp to how it was? is it more balanced now?

as far as twink pvp the only active level as of now is level 35. The only active levels that contiune to be played are mostly 35/71(the lowest number of players) and 115 endgame.
