Feedback: Elite Duneveil Gauntlet

Good Morning

If you want to Nerf it, please do so only slightly.
It’s not about me.
I have fun even without this flask.
But it is a great tool for many players.
They invested everything into this flask and are having a lot of fun now and it’s still hard for them. Very hard.
Yes, it is high-end content and the flask is a very powerful item, but the Cursed Elder’s ultimate was too.
My experience with other players is that they get a lot of enjoyment and fun out of the Gauntlet with the flask.
It isn't meant to be a cheat, and 99% of the community doesn't use it that way either.
They just want fun and immersion.

I think it’s intentional that the flask doesn't work in leaderboard content or anything like that.

Running normal dune provides more gold than elite

If you want to Nerf it (Harrowcite Flask), please do so only slightly.

The flask shouldn't be a one-and-done thing. Since I am now seeing multiple players using flasks I'm going to adjust so that you need all four party members to use their flasks in sequence to totally burn down an Elite Duneveil boss.

I'll also make it so that you can't have multiple Harrowcite flasks active at the same time - so players must coordinate in order to avoid losing their flask and going on cooldown.

This will be a big change from how it is now but for (what I see as obvious) economic / trade, player experience / community, and general fun-factor - it needs to be nerfed.

With zero gold loot? That's crazy. Hard no. If you're talking about 1K or more gl, then maybe... maybe your suggestion is not insane :-)

I'm gonna assume that you aren't getting very far in the gauntlet - so yeah, it makes sense. Dune is a lot easier now and it didn't get a gold nerf.

That said, we do have another gold buff coming for Elite Duneveil with the next update (possibly later today). It'll be the last one for a long while ;-)

Where r all the coffins on dune 6? Looks like they were nerfed. Running 6 dune floors and there is 1 coffin in the whole map is horrible. U need 2 fix this asap.

why r there so few coffins in dune 6?

It was so much better before, there were coffins to open. All the dune floors have coffins except 6, this seems like a bug unless u intentionally nerfed it to be so few. P,ease look into this, its hard enough 2 have 2 run 1-6 in order to get a key and finding just 1 coffin on 6 for a pt of 4 is crazy.

Also would b nice if materials would drop more fkr the bomb amd flask.

It’s random. Nothing was changed about the number of available coffins. Different maps have different numbers of coffins. Sometimes you’ll see several, other times just a few. In short: this is not a bug.

Last 3 runs in 1-6 no keys. The last run there were no coffins on floor 6. This needs attention, ive been playing elite since it came out and this is by far the worst. Do u want to turn ppl off on run elite dune?

Elite is indeed fun to play and rewarding. Now populate it. Checking the distribution of the latest gear would be the right step.

Vylah is an anomaly among AP bosses. The first 3 are easy to kill solo, but Vylah is not. It’s not about her teleport phase, HP of other 3 bosses can be brought down to 0 in a single proc, but not Vylah’s (speaking of my gear). Flask helped with this, but we all know what happened to Flask. Please make her durability match the other bosses for smoother solo farming.

If u could make that each boss appear each 1 wave after wave 20 so like after wave 20 we have wave with mini boss (so wave 21) and after that we get boss (wave 22) then again mini boss (wave 23) and then boss (wave 24) and so on it will make elite dune more alive after wave 20 not as boring as the waves before and ppl could farm there freely at least for those who don’t care about aps which is 95% or even more

Luck
There is only one item I’ve seen so far where luck "re-roll" is being applied: Eolian Shale.
Suggestion: make different rarities of tokens where luck can help players obtain grreater count of tokens.

Vylah
When a player reaches 2nd stage (where the boss teleports out and back in), Vylah should not heal herself back to 100%.
Suggestion: Please keep her HP locked at 50% (let her heal to 50%), similar to how Hedourah and Rahabkor mechanics work.

Pink Worm
Harrowcrite debuff: As the only minion that debuffs players with Harrowcrite, this is a nightmare for players with higher ping. On your screen, you think you are standing clear of it, but the server says otherwise.
Suggestion: Is it possible to add a 2-second red zone warning or an exclamation mark above the spot after the worm dies, so we have a brief moment to react and get away?

Keys
right now, sometimes it takes 18 runs (3x D1-D6) just to get 1 key (to run 1 Elite).
Suggestion: Please make keys a guaranteed drop of 2+ per D6.

Lots of complaints i see.
1st - spending so much time trying 2 get a key, many times it takes 2-3 times running 1-6 to find 1 key. Why would u make a map with 0 coffins? Or even 1 coffin? There could be 4 ppl trying for that 1 coffin.

2nd - it's impossible for most to kill elite vylah unless u have the arcane storm weapon, most don't have this. U say when new arcanes come it will b doable but where r those weapons or arcane gear? Creating a new map without giving us the gear to accomplish this is stressful. When he respawns instead of getting 100% heal maybe change to 50%.

Running 1 - 6 is good for the gold but if u can't get a key its not fun.

I hope u can make some adjustments to make the elite dune mor enjoyable and maybe mor ppl would play it.
