There have never been many level 5 twinks. If you go for a twink yourself, you will in most cases fight non-twinks.

I tried Lvl 5 mage and lvl 6 rhino. They are suprisingly fun. I haven't been able to farm L5 Lynsorian Combat Cowl yet so I'm currently using quickening.
