how come rogues and mages get +10% speed on 3/3 veil and for some reason wars only get +5%?

This is intentional. The Warrior class receives different bonuses than the Rogue and Sorcerer classes.

yea they receive +10% damage which is more useful than the +10% health the warrior gets, but is it really justifiable that for some reason we only get+5% speed when we have all have the other +10%'stat' bonus?

Yes - it is justified - for the reason you indicated.

It's a trade off for better stats in other areas and will not be changing.
