The new heroic Icevein i test his Arcane ability and i think his 50%hp buff is not correct, with 100k hp it only gives 30k when i activate it. Can you please check if everything is correct about his Arcane ability.

You likely have other %hp things - percentage stats are additive, not multiplicative (percentages are summed and then applied, not each applying to results of previous).
