Any plans to re-release IGNs?

I've noticed recently that some IGNs don't seem to exist anymore. When I search for them, nothing comes up, but when I try to create a character with one of those names, it says "Name already in use."

I'm guessing these are IGNs from permanently banned accounts that are still reserved.

I wanted to ask if there are any plans to re-release those banned account IGNs again, similar to how names were made available in the past? There are quite a few good names that appear to be inactive but still can't be claimed.

It would be great to know if STS has any plans regarding this or if those names will remain permanently reserved.

If player hasn't logged in long time it won't show up till you try to claim it.

-1 for release IGNs, so many already sold theirs for $$$ or gold don't need that to happen again, the two week waiting is a joke and still happens.
Of course STS doesn't cares about black market trades/cheaters if they're the ones filling their wallet :' )
