Worst Weapon Design in Al History
New Arcane Weapons from lockeds are way too weak. Proc cooldown is too high and it’s not even stronger than mythic weapons. Also base stat is terrible and proc is impossible to trigger in Pvp. It definitely needs a rework. If you are making a locked crate specifically for these arcane weapons, they should be decent at least. Also drop rate is way too high which makes it cheap. There is absolutely 0 reason to open new locks. How can an arcane weapon have the same proc as its legendary version

The weapon needs to be buffed in proc rate since is arcane rarity and stats
Lock drop rate is pretty scammy in general.
High demand items drop like .0000001% and stuff no one cares about drops 50% lol.
