Stormforce weapons

Stormforce weapons are crazy powerful, and they make huge difference in a gameplay.
making that powerful weapons just for a limited time while it completely changes endgame play, like if a player can do wave 5 or wave 20 in the hardest map in the game solo can change just by this single item.
I think if you are making limited item this powerful you need to allow players who missed that train to get a chance on a weapon like that but obviously less powerful.
I have seen someone deals 26 BILLION damage with this weapon in a single hit!
While all the other best endgame items combine wouldn't even deal half of it.

Add weapons that can act like stormforce but with lower damage numbers.

Use veil daggers proc. Overall with veil set its much better. Force weps are really good only if you are using 4/4+3/3 voidstar+veilblade (atleast for rogue.)

Why daggers are so OP than chacks veil ? Is it worth to have the daggers instead of stormforce wep ?
