L20 Engi Twink Guide
Hi, my engis name is Engitwink (get it? look at title) some mayhave heard of me, some may have not. After looking at Morfics thread, i was motivated to do my own. I am not the best engi, but i have learned from some of the best. This guide isnt going to be perfect, but it will do what is is supposed to do, make you a better engi
1.Gear-I use both plat gear (regular, not premium) and normal gear (neutronic). The gear depends on what class or what you want. The plat set is dodge gear, while the neutronic set is crit. I prefer dodge against engis and ops, since its crucial against those damage dealers, and crit against coms, as they are tanks, as much damage possible is preffered. I know you may think why i said "Engis are damage dealers" and the answer to that is because with their DoTs, they can get an op to as low as 20% if everything hits, not counting the crits. (I dont use implants at this level, it doesnt make a difference)
The weapon you want is obviously a pistol and shield combo because the armor from the shield helps, and the pistol does good damage. i bought both the crit and dodge pistols, to go with my crit and dodge gear. Themost preffered shield/s to me are any winter fest shields l20 that supports INT. If you look at each shield, they haveeither 6 dex, 6 str, or 6 int. Its pretty obvious which one you want as an engi, and always try to get a pink!
2. Builds- These are the builds i promised i would tell no one, but since i am quitting, i dont want to be selfish and take them to my grave. I spent tons of platnium to find these builds, and tested each one. And if you didnt know, they are left-to-right.

(The leech isnt at 6 because between 5 and 6, it doesnt make a difference)
3. Tactics-
There are two tactics that you can use as an engi. Tanking and Kiting. I did both, and i prefer tanking.
Tanking-To tank, you must be able to withstand the damage of an op, engi, or com. Heres how you do it.
1. Always use protection, it will give you and your teammates armor for two minutes. (If fights go on longer than that, use it again)
2. Use dodge gear, it'll keep you alive longer if you can dodge all those scary skills your oppenents use.
3. ALWAYS and i mean always, spam heal and transference. They both heal you but trans is better IMO because.. it takes life from all oppenents in range, and it heals you as well! awesome right?
Kiting-
1. Use pillars to your advantage. They may call you a pole or wall hugger, but they just want to end the fight wuick and fast, they usually know nothing about engis.
2. Use pain to your advantage. It makes your opponent freeze where they are, and deals damage as well.
3. Use range to your advantage!!! Get to know the range of your wither and leech. First, you must use wither, than leech, than pain so you can run away. Once a friend of mine told me i ran like a girl because he was getting annpyed of me kiting, so now, thats what i love saying instead of kiting, "RUN LIKE A GIRL, DONT BE ASHAMED"
Stats- Dont go full INT! put about half of your points into INT, and the other into STR, especially if you are a tank, that is crucial. Putting into STR will give you more health and more armor, which is VERY important.
