veteran set char-bound

Hello, this more like a question than a actual bug report.
the sl veteran set is entitled as "account" reward item. however it appears to be char bound winch means i cannot stash it or move to another char from my acc and blablabla. Is this intented? or its a BUG!!!?
would love to be able to use it on my oper.

Yes, it's meant to be character bound, but all characters on your account can claim it from account rewards (and you're free to destroy it and re-claim whenever you want).
