Halloween event can we bring back samhain and low level PvP items like paw/reaper/etc? Samhain is rare now and makes some PvP levels unbalanced due to inaccessibility. 61 is becoming more active but the only bottleneck we have is samhain availability. Thanks in advance!

Circle of Samhain needs to be nerfed. The stats are through the roof for an item that’s level 50. It changes the entire zones identity for the worse. Everything else I agree with.
