Bug mission?

[Zauruss]

I'm wondering if this quest is bugged? I've been trying to complete it for ages and I can't. I do what the quest says, but talking to Samira or the Baron just doesn't do anything. What am I doing wrong? I mean, the quest "The Exiled Blacksmith" I need help with this so I can move forward, please.

Complete [Elite] The Nightmare Returns and then try speaking to the Baron again (and make sure to show proper respect when you do).

Hope this helps!
