lvl61 orlok mage??

What are some of youre opinions on this?? Im in the process of making a 61 str mage. Ive seen glyph and demonic maced mages but never orlok mages. Worth it?

lol, there aren't any cuz that's a non popular level to pvp, orlok is op-er than anything you mentioned above, but then no lower level would like to fight with you.

Orlock mage is fun, requires a lot of timing and attention to detail. But not many people were good at Orlock, except me of course. Wahaa.

pretty sure bglir and so other pallys were better.

Pretty sure you didn't do much endgame at that time.

Pallies are great for ctf and FFA if you have some birds or mages in your back to do the damage. For 1vs1 they are not too bad but lilith is better.

I did, most of the time as a warbird. Either I was very unlucky or alwaysdtf was inactive and pvped once in a while that I hardly saw him in games, I just remembered some quality pallys like bglir (every single cap), scopionking, zulooo, kelly, and many more. And I think it's quite unknowledgeable saying there weren't many pallys at this cap and if there were, they weren't good and still bragging how good he was (even if he was). I know he won 2nd place in mage tourney during this cap, but like he said, not many pallys entered and most were liliths, and like he said before "one is the best, fighting the same class" . Now ask yourself, did you pvped enought at this cap to notice my statement?

On topic: lilith is easier to use as a pure int build and also because lilith set reaches 100+ critical with BoM maxed out. If you use orlok, use enought str to equip it and rest dex. The tricky part about orlok and demonic mace set is that most people think demonic has more dmg, but it doesn't. Orlok has more skill dmg, dodge, and armor and therefore it's best to kite at 6m+ just to land debuffs and use a 2dodge/8dmg ring or 2hit%/8dmg ring whichever playstyle fits you more. I have experience at every level from 55-75 as a pally and consider myself decent, not "best" or "pro" since every class has it's weaknesses.

I don't pub. Pub means public games. I only enjoy playing high level competition, people that can be a challenge. You may have never seen me but ask old veteran players what I was up to and how well I did for myself and my team. Bglir and those pallies you mention were modeled after me, and regarded me as their mentor/idol. Cherrykim was my idol but not mentor, not sure if you recall her or not.
You'll never see me in game smashing on newer players, running flags, padding my stats. And yes I placed 2nd as a pally in that caps tournament. Every other pally including Kaarataka lost very early vs. Lilith wand mages by a considerable margin. I ran them over until Eden out with paced me with far superior speed and ping.
No offense to you, but I spent a lot you time doing tournaments, lobbying for pvp, running my guild, and training other players. I would have loved to help you train.

I didn't have much luck with Orlok.

The major problem was Hit% - sure I could absorb a lot of damage, and my dodge was very high, but I couldn't land enough to finish anyone off - Lilith mages in particular, because they could heal faster than I could damage. The crit on Lilith sets were somewhat OP in my opinion.
