How about an option to gift plat items to a friend? Like hats, armour and possibly maps.

This has been suggested many times, but I think nothing else in the game ATM should be tradable. Only loot, potions, and gold, that's it IMO. Plat would basically give us a new currency to trade, and everyone would sell stuff for 20 plat, leaving every item for trade to be traded for real money, as for hats, it's pretty much the same situation.

Look at it like this. Let's say 10 plat gets you 10K (which it doesn't, just an example) and 10 plat can also get you a giant green hat, so someone buys 20 of those green hats, and sells each hat for 40K each, now when 10 plat = 10K, 10 plat now = 40K.
